Nick Cirella, President and CEO

Mr. Cirella became the major shareholder in BSM in 2000 and took over as CEO in March of 2001. He has been instrumental in reducing costs to the tune of $1.5 million and reporting consecutive quarterly profits for the corporation. He brings over 19 years of high tech sales and management experience to the company.

In 1984, Mr. Cirella founded Applied Innovations Group (AIG), a clearinghouse for some of the major computer equipment manufacturers such as IBM, HP and Compaq. Through his leadership AIG established offices in Canada, US, the UK and Germany with sales in 1999 totaling $233 million and double digit profits. He foresaw the decline in computer hardware demand and diversified AIG, resulting in a company focused on emerging technologies called HGI Wireless (now a subsidiary of BSM) and Bid Freight Logistics (a subsidiary of AIG). From 1970 to 1984 Mr. Cirella ran Nicor Inc., a highly successful commodities trading company with major sales in Latin America and Asia. A global thinker with demonstrated management skills and a keen business sense.
