Netistix Signs Agreement with ARI Financial Services Ltd.

April 10, 2005 Ottawa, ON and Mississauga, ON - Netistix Technologies, makers of the FleetPulse™ fleet vehicle diagnostic product, today announced that the company has signed a non-exclusive teaming agreement with Automotive Resources International (ARI) Financial Services Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario. ARI Financial Services Ltd. is the Canadian subsidiary of ARI.

Netistix made the announcement during the annual meeting and conference of the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) which was held last week in Grapevine, Texas. Netistix exhibited at this important event.

Under the terms of this agreement, both companies have agreed to cross market and promote each other’s products and services where appropriate. This includes using corporate information and branding on their respective web sites and within marketing collateral materials.

ARI is the largest vehicle fleet management company in the world with 900 employees, revenues exceeding $741 million and more than 460,000 leased and managed vehicles in North America alone with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as in Mexico, Puerto Rico and Europe.

In making the announcement, Gord Echlin, CEO of Netistix remarked that the agreement was another important milestone for Netistix. "We have a tremendous amount of respect for ARI and we knew from the outset that a relationship with them was a key success point in the evolution of our company.”
