Netistix Announces Distribution Deal with Wireless SAMS

Ottawa, February 14, 2006. Netistix Technologies, a Canadian company at the forefront of wireless fleet vehicle telematics, today announced another in a series of distribution agreements. The distribution agreement announced today is with Wireless S.A.M.S. (Security and Asset Management Solutions).

Wireless SAMS is a preferred channel of distribution for suppliers of wireless security and asset management solutions worldwide. Under the agreement, the company will be distributing the Netistix FleetPulse vehicle telematics product in the United States.

FleetPulse is a device that once plugged into a vehicle’s on board diagnostic port (OBD) collects information on various aspects of the vehicle’s performance. The data is then relayed wirelessly to the customer’s network where managers can review and collect data on a single vehicle or an entire fleet and schedule maintenance or other tasks as required.

Fleetpulse complements the Wireless S.A.M.S. product mix, which needed an OBDII – WiFi based solution for customers.
