Netistix Signs Distribution Deal with WebTech Wireless

WebTech adds FleetPulse to their solutions portfolio

Ottawa, January 17, 2006
Netistix Technologies, a Canadian company at the forefront of wireless fleet vehicle telematics, today announced a distribution agreement with WebTech Wireless (TSX-V:WEW), a global wireless services provider that develops, manufactures, and delivers turnkey wireless solutions.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement, WebTech Wireless will begin distributing the Netistix FleetPulse vehicle telematics product in Canada and the United States.

The FleetPulse product is a device that once plugged into a vehicle’s on board diagnostic port (OBDII) collects information on various aspects of the vehicle’s performance. The data is then relayed wirelessly to the customer’s network where managers can review and collect data on a single vehicle or an entire fleet and schedule maintenance or other tasks as required.

WebTech recognized the value of the Netistix product, which offers this unique
OBDII/WiFi based solution.
