Motorola Veteran Frank Maw Joins Netistix board

May 4, 2006 – Ottawa, Ontario – Netistix™ Technologies Corporation, a leading company in the fleet monitoring and vehicle telematics space, today announced that Frank Maw, former President of Motorola Canada Limited and a senior leader with experience across a broad range of telecommunications and consumer products companies and functions has joined the company’s Board of Directors and has been appointed Chairman.
Mr. Maw said that he is joining the Netistix Board of Directors because he believes the company has tremendous potential and has fleet management technology that is perfectly positioned for the market.

Mr. Maw is the past Chairman of ITAC, the Information and Communications Technology Association of Canada, a past Chairman of CWTA, the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association of Canada, and currently is a director of the Toronto Board of Trade and other not for profit board positions.
