User Authentication Screen
At the beginning of trip, the driver
selects the appropriate user information at this screen. Because each driver
has a unique ID, data can be downloaded and mapped to the correct user,
regardless of the vehicle being used. Duty Status Entry Screen
The Status Entry screen provides a quick
and easy way for drivers to enter driving status. The “Available” and
“Duration” fields automatically calculate how much of the cycle’s allowed driving
time has been used and how much is remaining. The Cycle Durations is customized
during setup (i.e. 24 hours, 7 days, etc.).Data Download and Edit Screen
This screen provides the trigger to
download driving data to the FleetPulse Hours of Service application. The
driver can also make corrections to previous entries before the log is
electronically signed and locked.Review and Signature Screen
This screen provides a visual display of
the daily log entries and enables the driver to electronically sign and lock
the log report. It is possible for the driver to edit data further but the data
will be marked accordingly.
